These general conditions of sale (GTC) are considered accepted when an order is placed on the orabasse.com website. A link allowing the consultation of these GCS is displayed in the page of offer and order as well as on all the pages of the site orabasse.com

2 Offer
These T&Cs are established for the services and products offered for sale on the orabasse.com website, namely :
Local produce and delicatessen, gift vouchers, take-out menu, take-away meals, festive meals and menus.
It is up to the customer to mention when ordering any information specific to him and which cannot of course be known to O'Rabasse and which the customer would like to mention of his own free choice; allergies, intolerances, diets, eating habits specific to a religion, state of health, age...
2.1 Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers or vouchers are prepared and personalized at the Customer's request by the management of O'Rabasse and cannot be edited or printed by the customer himself. These can include an amount or value, a service or a product.
Gift vouchers and vouchers are not exchangeable, refundable (in whole or in part), transferable or transferable. Change cannot be given in any case (part of the service not being consumed by the beneficiary, for example).

Menus and takeaway meals are displayed on the Facebook page of the O'Rabasse restaurant and/or on the website depending on the market, the season and the availability of the offer.
2.3 Holiday dish and menu
Holiday dishes and menus are available at a specific period, they require a pre-order and are available for collection or delivery at a specific period and displayed at the same time as the offer is put online. These designate a special offer linked to the end of year celebrations, Valentine's Day, Easter….
2.4 Local products, delicatessen
As provided for in the statutes of the Société Fl Terroir et Hospitalité, known under the trade name O'Rabasse, the orabasse.com website offers local products for sale under the delicatessen tab. This commercial activity depends on the production and sale of producers and artisans independent of the Société Fl Terroir et Hospitalité. The availability of products sold by orabasse.com also depends on supplies from its partners.
3 Availability ;
The availability of offers and products offered on the orabasse.com website depends on supply and production possibilities. In the event of unavailability after ordering, for reasons beyond our control, a refund will be made as soon as possible after contacting you. The availability of offers also depends on the ordering methods below.
Finally, please note that orders are prepared according to customer requests and require specific supply times (fresh and perishable products, craft products, etc.) that are slower than those of mass distribution.

5 Withdrawal
Order withdrawals at the restaurant are possible at the following times ; from Thursday evening to Sunday evening : 11.30am-3pm and 6.30pm-8pm by appointment and subject to availability.
**You are strongly recommended to pick up your orders for " plats et menus de fêtes, take-out menu " using a refrigerated container (from cooler type) in order to maintain the sanitary integrity of the preparations as well as the cold chain, otherwise the restaurant is released from all responsibility for food risks resulting from poor transport conditions outside the restaurant. In general, cooked culinary preparations must be consumed within 3 days, raw preparations must be consumed within the day of withdrawal.
Holiday dishes and menus: On-site collection possible between December 23 and 24, 2020 and between December 30 and 31, 2020
Epicerie fine : An email or text message is sent to you to pick up your package as soon as it is ready within 5 to 7 days
Take-out menu (excluding holidays) ; collection 24 hours after your order from Thursday evening to Sunday evening (between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. and between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.)
Gift Voucher ; An email or text message is sent to you to pick up your voucher as soon as it is ready within 2 days, or by post
6 Delivery
Deliveries are possible under the following terms*, subject to availability, outside restaurant service hours (12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.). A contribution to delivery costs may be applied. *
Holiday dishes and menus: deliveries possible between 23 and 24/12 and between 30 and 31 December under the following conditions* by appointment
Delicatessen: deliveries possible under the following conditions* as soon as your order is ready, by appointment
Take-out menu (excluding holidays) ; deliveries possible under the following conditions*
Gift Voucher ; no delivery possible (withdrawal on the spot or sending by post)
7 Payment
Any order on the orabasse.com website implies full payment of said order. The taking into account of the order is only effective upon receipt of its payment.
All payments on the website and on site are exclusively in euros.
The possible online payment methods are ; bank cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
On site (at the O'Rabasse restaurant), when payment for an internet offer is possible when collecting an order, the following means of payment are accepted : cash, Visa bank cards , American Express, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, cheques.
Any amount not paid on its due date (invoice date) will produce ipso jure, and without prior notice, late payment penalties at a rate equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate, at which will add the costs inherent in this delay. In the event of late payment, Sarl Fl Terroir et Hopitalité may suspend all orders in progress, without prejudice to any other course of action.
8 Right of withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has a right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance. This right applies to products sold online (gift vouchers, or products such as food, drink) excluding ready meals.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal. In the case of a product, it can only be returned on the condition that it is returned:
In perfect condition and complete, in the original undamaged packaging (if applicable), accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, within fourteen days of notification by the CUSTOMER of his decision to withdraw from the restaurant O' Rabasse.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the time limit set out above, only the price of the purchased product and the related delivery costs are reimbursed. Return costs remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Reimbursement is made within fourteen days of receipt, by the restaurant O'Rabasse, of the product returned by the CUSTOMER (under the conditions listed above).
For the purchase of gift vouchers, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised when the CUSTOMER, or the beneficiary of the said use of the said gift voucher within a period less than the legal withdrawal period of 14 days after the date of purchase. 'purchase.
9. Complaints
The conformity of the order must be checked upon receipt thereof and the accuracy of the invoicing cannot be disputed after eight days from receipt of the order.
